Building her first new home with Cavalier Homes Albury-Wodonga has been a stress-free experience for 29- year-old Emma Byrne.
“I sold my 55-year-old two bedroom home in North Albury last year and was nervous but excited about building a new home. “I didn’t really know what I wanted so I talked to every builder who had a display home at White Box Rise and I was really impressed with the Cavalier Homes range and the people,” Ms Byrne said. “The sales consultant, Froncine Bice, was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. We spent almost a day inspecting homes that Cavalier had built before deciding on the Ashley 16 design. They had such a wider design range than other builders.
“Most of their standard inclusions were classed as extras with other builders, such as a remote control for the garage door, a cooling system and tiled areas. I wanted a couple of changes and nothing was too much trouble for Froncine and Paul who was the supervisor,” Ms Byrne said. “Cavalier’s design consultant, Fran Jacobson, was also fantastic. She came up with some colour matching that I hadn’t considered but they all worked. “The costings were very good and Cavalier met the budget we agreed on. They didn’t ask for any progress payments and there were no popup surprises along the way. The build time was also very good and the tradies did a great job. If I had any queries Paul dealt with them quickly and to my satisfaction,” she said.
“I am really happy with my new home and there is not one thing I would change. I would certainly build with Cavalier Homes again.”
