We have built with Cavalier Homes twice so second time around was all about using the same quality service we experienced the first time, albeit with a Custom project. A huge selling point for deciding to build with Cavalier Homes are the people and the service, knowing that if/when there is a problem we can talk to the owners of the business and that they are as invested in the project as we are. As we said above it was our second build with Cavalier and we wouldn’t come back if the service from Kerry wasn’t what we were looking for. The contract signing process has always been a transparent process and that is valued. No questions there. I measure the builder by how they deal with the inevitable problems that will come up during construction. As expected we had one or two but they are never a problem that lingers, just discuss, resolve and move on. Cavalier communicated regularly with email contact on where the project was at and what to expect in coming days/weeks, it was great to be kept up to date. We have a home, not a house, and that is what we love best, it suits our lifestyle, our needs and our future plans. We have already recommended Cavalier Homes many time to family and friends times and will continue to tell all that it’s a big call to go past Cavalier Homes.
