I have known about Cavalier Homes for about three years from when I first looked into building a house. I asked a lot of tradesmen to recommend a good builder and Alex Kasas’ name kept coming up. I had previously built a house with Alex and asked Cavalier to quote on a few houses. The price was very good.
I looked on the web at all the homes and plans and could visualise what I would get. The sales consultant came straight away to look at the block and was helpful in choosing the site. He answered all my questions really well. I did understand the contracting process and was helped to clarify any questions I had. Lisa the Secretary was really lovely and efficient. I enjoyed communications with her. She is very people friendly.
I knew from previously working with Alex that he was honest, efficient and a great builder. I also liked the flexibility of choosing what I want and receiving a credit if equipment was under budget. I liked the variety of styles and the idea of slightly modifying them to ‘fit’ my block and my taste.
I felt like I knew what was going to happen at each step all the way. I did understand the contracting process and was helped to clarify any questions that I had. I am extremely happy with the quality of the home; it is very well built and looks fantastic. I have recommended Cavalier North Coast to everyone I know who is about to build.
