Robert Anderson was employed by us to complete alterations on our Californian Bungalow. The alterations consisted of rebuilding and changing the existing part and adding another story. The alterations and additions were designed by an architect. Robert supplied us with the most complete quote of all the required work and that of his subcontractors, minimizing the chance of large unexpected additional costs to the project.
Robert Anderson completed the work to our absolute satisfaction. We commend his enthusiasm and his ability to solve unexpected problems. He supplied constructive and good ideas where it was necessary to deviate from the plans. He and his team never missed a day, worked hard and sometimes too late at night to complete crucial stages of the building project. He operated a good team with good co-operation and sense of humour.
