I can see why Cavalier is highly regarded within the local industry

I would like to extend my warmest thanks on behalf of Stephanie and I for the professional and high level of service offered to ourselves during the building process. As we found out building your first home comes with its own trials and tribulations and whilst it was frustrating at times it was reassuring for us both to have Winston, Paul and the team to walk us through any issues that came along. We have learnt a great deal (I would even label the process as ‘character building’) and I can see ourselves building with Cavalier when we are ready to upsize to our next home.

As first home builders we came into building completely oblivious (plenty of armchair experts from friends and family as we found out) to what to expect and from the get go Cavalier were able to walk us through the entire process, at every stage the team bent over backwards to give us any assistance that we required. Everyone was extremely accommodating when it came to our indecision over particular choices (along with what seemed to be a continual stream of variations from myself) and were able to give practical and useful advice when the time came. Personally I can’t help but say that the patience Winston and Paul had, was outstanding, we certainly had a great deal of questions (as my mobile bill can agree with) and at every occasion they stood ready to answer.

Looking back now I can see why Cavalier is highly regarded within the local industry (builders and tradesperson alike) for the exemplary quality and professionalism of the home that you offer. The meticulous standard and attention to detail that Paul and Winston have are an asset to the business, the quality of our build is proof of this alone. Based on the standard of our home I would have no hesitation in recommending Cavalier to any of our friends and colleagues who are looking to build in the future.
