As you are aware we toured a lot of display villages and builder’s before finally coming across to you and seeing the light! Having a narrow block made it difficult to fit a home on it and with what we wanted, but you were happy to redesign one of your standard plans to make it fit.
Other builders just said “pick something else” and they were not what we wanted. As it was going to be our home, it just wasn’t that simple! We loved the feel and quality of your display home as some of the other homes we visited felt flimsy as though they were going to fall apart. We could see Cavalier’s quality and we just felt instantly good about being in your display home. Plus Cindy was amazing as she is so friendly and was willing to help us out in any way that she could. You both guided us so well as we were first home buyers, complete rookies and had no idea what needed to be done. It was great having you both to call or email if we had a random question and your response time was awesome.
Jason having you manage the construction and being so hands on gave us a great deal of “peace of mind”. We are so happy with the quality of our home. There are so many little things that were included as standard and for which made our home look and feel that much better than we thought possible We have in a heart beat recommended your company and we wish you, your family and business all the very best. A job well done both of you, so thanks again guys.
