Our New Home. To all at Cavalier Homes. It’s almost 12 months to the day that we moved into our new Cavalier built home and we are writing to say that we could not be any happier with it! Right from the day we met Simon Marsh and explained what we were looking for in our knock down and re build and Simon grasped our concept straight up, we knew we had found our builder. Rob was confident and calming towards us and as you know because of other commitments we were not going to be in Australia for the build, so we placed our faith in Rob and his team, to complete the job on time and on budget ………..All went well according to the contacts we left behind, our son is a brickie, our son in law a plasterer and a friend is a customer service manager with a larger competitor of yours and all of them were very impressed with the end result. Also friends of ours were shocked that all minor fittings, towel racks, toilet roll holders, light globes etc., were provided, not like their larger builder who did not provide these necessities in their recent build at St Leonards. Again we could not fault the home when we took over, on the promised day! We have already recommended Cavalier to a couple of friends in the Western district and they will be in contact soon. So we will have absolutely no hesitation in providing a reference to Cavalier should you ever need one. Thanks again for a wonderful home and good luck in the future.
