I just wanted to write to you to say a big thanks to you and Cindy who took that extra step and time by locating my land, sourcing a great broker for me for the options you provided me that were then in my budget. I felt such great comfort instantly with you all as the service that you guys provided was exceptional. As you know I was a first time home buyer and a sole parent and I did not know any of the steps that were needed to implement buying land and building. You and Cindy helped me through every step of the way for which I am grateful. And now I own a beautiful home, which I never thought would be possible!
Furthermore, I was so rapt to be able make several changes to my floor plan and not to be charged a massive amount of money to do this. I have heard through friends when they made changes to their floor plans with some of the bigger companies, the fees they charge are astronomical. Having such a friendly sales consultant who really guided me throughout the whole administration process, prior to you starting the actual build of my home was awesome. I felt so comfortable and confident with signing the contract, in fact it was exciting not daunting at all, which was amazing as it was a HUGE step for me to enter into a mortgage on my own.
The communication was excellent and I was so pleased that my confirmation date to move in was on time. Thank you again as my home is beautiful, I love it!!!! I am so happy I made the changes that I did to the original plan as it has made my home mine and even more amazing than I thought it would be. I just wanted to let you know that I have praised Cavalier Homes to everyone who asks about the builder of my home. I definitely do recommend you all the time and would use you guys again if I was to build another home. But I doubt I’ll move as I love my home so much.
