Lachlan is able to provide mentoring of builders who have come from smaller builder backgrounds to think like a larger volume builder to grow their own Cavalier Homes business in their respective areas.

Ambika has a wealth of knowledge in code writing for specialist programs and has developed some amazing Cavalier specialist estimating software for the benefit our franchisees needs. Ambika is a key asset to the Cavalier Homes team providing ongoing systems development for the benefit and efficiency to the end user.
Danny has vast knowledge of design and drafting having completed many years at various volume builders, Danny’s team not only assists with franchisees drafting but also is the key designer for all of our latest designs. Danny thoroughly enjoys talking to all of our franchisees about their design requirements and seeing Cavalier happy customers.
