Our story begins when Scott, Jason, and Dale bought the Cavalier Homes brand from the original owners. This was the first step on the journey of creating a platform that brand new franchisees would excel in and be proud to be part of.
They recognised a need to help smaller builders in their local communities gain market share and keep building local. After all, who knows the needs better of locals than local builders? The business model is based on their own successes as builders and franchise owners and a desire to help the small independent builder compete against big corporates.
Today, the business is growing strongly and the new franchisees coming on board share a common thread: great builders, great people and believe in what we are all about.
