The ‘Summer of Upgrade’ promotion is available to new customers of Cavalier Homes Greater Newcastle who sign a Groundwork Authority and pay a groundworks fee on or before March 31st, 2024. A new home building contract must be signed within 3 months of Groundwork Authority, meaning survey, concept plans and colours approved and included in the new home building contract. Land must be titled and is a full serviced residential block with no encumbrances, covenants, or easements where the job no longer meets the complying development criteria. Customers must have finance pre-approval and can obtain unconditional finance within 4 weeks of receiving the building contract. 

The promotion provides a choice of Kitchen, Façade, or Outdoor Area upgrade to the value of $5,000. The $5,000 is based on the Recommended Retail Price as of January 2024.

The choice of upgrade will be supplied at no additional cost to the client.

For any unforeseen reason should a product not be available, Cavalier Homes Greater Newcastle will substitute this with a product of equal value. Cavalier Homes Greater Newcastle has the right to alter this promotion at any time without notice. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cavalier Homes promotion.
