Our journey started with the team at Cavalier back in Dec 2021. We picked out the block we wanted to call home and away we went.. From the time the slab went down, where Todd allowed me to pop in and take photos, to hand over, the whole team at Cavalier was great to deal with. Of course, we understood there were going to be delays, but the team were up front with it, and even when things didn’t seem to go right, there was always a solution at the end. Dealing with Todd for me was like dealing with a mate that I had known for a long time, he was approachable, easy to deal with, honest and willing to help when we needed him. The whole team was great (Greg, Matt, Jayde and Andrew).. thank you! We have moved Into our home and cannot be happier. The kids are loving their new rooms and the pool has already been used. Still settling in, but feels so good to be in.. 🙏🏼❤️ If you want someone who will help you, and is always willing to listen to your needs and advise you about what they also believe works, then Todd is your man. He will work with you to ensure you are happy, push the suppliers and subcontractors to make deadlines, but also flag things with them if anything is picked up that wasn’t done correctly, which makes you as a customer feel good knowing you do not need to do much but try enjoy the journey. There's no different site supervisor, and you get a personalised service every time!
