The ‘$5K Travel, Appliance or Furniture Voucher’ promotion is available to new customers of Cavalier Homes Hobart, who qualify for the First Home Owner Grant and sign a Groundwork Authority and pay a groundworks fee on or before February 29^th, 2024. A new home building contract must be signed within 12 weeks of Groundwork Authority, meaning survey, concept plans and colours approved and included in the new home building contract. Land must be titled and is a full serviced residential block with no encumbrances, covenants, or easements where the job no longer meets the complying development criteria. Customers must have finance pre-approval and can obtain unconditional finance within 4 weeks of receiving the building contract.

The promotion provides a voucher to the value of $5,000 for either travel, appliances, or furniture. The voucher will be given at the completion of your new home. Cavalier Homes Hobart holds the right to choose where these vouchers are supplied from. 

For any unforeseen reason should a product not be available, Cavalier Homes Hobart will substitute this with a product of equal value. Cavalier Homes Hobart has the right to alter this promotion at any time without notice. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cavalier Homes promotion.
