Our home was finished ahead of schedule.

Andrew and Tara Kimberley couldn’t have been happier when they were able to move into their brand new home ahead of time.
“There were never any time delays” said Andrew. Andrew attributes that to the excellent organisational skills of Kerry Miers, Cavalier Homes West Coast sales person.
“Kerry goes out of her way to help and to keep you informed, she is so approachable and friendly,” said Andrew.
Kerry, who won the hotly contested Regional Sales Person of the Year Award this year, kept Andrew and Tara up to date with the building progress, often calling them daily and meeting them onsite regularly.
Andrew shakes his head when he thinks back to how close they came to signing with one of the volume builders. “We had a tight budget so wrongly assumed that the more boutique Cavalier Homes was out of our price range,” said Andrew.
Just before they signed on the dotted line with the other builder Andrew and Tara walked through the Cavalier display home.
“We were impressed with the quality of the finish but what really sold us was the really good package and price Kerry was able to put together for us”, said Andrew.
Kerry kept within Andrew and Tara’s budget and was able to ensure the house included those little extras, such as a tiled double shower in the ensuite, that make a home that more luxurious.
Andrew and Tara are now looking forward to raising a family in their elegant four bedroom home which Andrew describes as “a simple design that uses space cleverly.”
