Our Past Builds
Our clients at Lucas Ave wanted a modern home that wouldn’t date fast. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with open plan living and dining. We collaborated closely with them to understand exactly what they were after, and the end result was perfectly bringing their vision to life.
Our Wykeham Court clients purchased land to build their home on, from the get- go we collaborated with the client to come up with a design most suitable to their needs. Being a subdivision, the client was after a home they could move into and later use as an investment property. With that in mind we sat down with the client and discussed a practical design strategy to ensure their home would cater for all needs and also stay in fashion for the future. It is a 2 storey home consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms along with 2 living spaces.
By approaching the build with a holistic mindset, we were able to guide the client to obtain their desired home. The end result was a timeless home with distinctive design features. At handover the owner was full of praise, and it brought a smile to our face.
