There are six steps to starting a Cavalier Homes franchise. We make the process as quick and easy as possible, and offer support every step of the way.


Fill in the interest registration form. We will review your form and see if it meets our qualifications of being a licensed builder and having the capital necessary to start.



If you meet our qualifications an introductory phone call will be set up to get to know each other better and welcome you to the discovery process where we can see if your goals match up with ours.


We recommend you call our franchisees and get first hand experiences from them about their journey and then let us know if you want to move to the next stage.


We will invite you to a “Meet the Team” video call to meet the support team and see first hand the operation and discuss any other queries you may have about becoming a Cavalier Homes Franchisee. 


If both parties agree that it is a good fit we will ask you to pay a deposit of $5,000 (plus gst) and then begin the legal process. We will provide you with a generic franchise agreement and work towards finalising the agreement and having it signed with legal advice from your solicitor.


On signing of the agreement, we will invoice you for the franchise fee and work with you to find a design centre location. Once your location is found we provide concepts and assist to get suppliers on board with samples and displays. Aiming for an official start up within 8 weeks of signing.
